Most assessments are done by video call (FaceTime, Zoom, or a quick phone walk-through). No scheduling a stranger into your home, no waiting days for a slot. Same-day availability most weeks.
In-home visits when you need one
For complex stairs, multi-level entries, or anyone who'd just rather have us on site — we come to you anywhere in the Triangle. Your call, no pressure either way.
Honest recommendations
Only what you actually need. We'll tell you if a $40 grab bar will do what a $4,000 lift would.
Written, fixed-price quote
Clear pricing in writing — no surprises later, no franchise upsells.
Typically 15–30 minutes
Virtual assessments usually wrap in 15–20 minutes. In-home visits run a bit longer. Either way, we respect your time.
